Following on from the success of our highly regarded Mindfulness for Wellbeing Weekends, we are delighted to present our new Mindfulness Taster Weekends, set in the luxury boutique mansion of Fishley Hall in rural Norfolk. Perfect if you have heard about mindfulness and would like to immerse yourself in a small group introductory retreat weekend, without compromising on luxury, and within a schedule that allows plenty of time for rest and relaxation. Fancy spending a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of it all? Come and join me and some friends in the beautiful Norfolk Countryside. You can spend the mornings taking yoga classes with the very talented Amelia of AshVin Yoga and the afternoon with me on the water taking in the wonderful scenery while stand up paddle boarding. Henry Salmon will provide you with some delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner…all you need to do is turn up, sit back, chill out and unwind at the stunning Fishley Hall owned by the lovely Molineux Family it even has a hidden cellar converted into a chill out room…(let’s see if you can find it!)
